warrants to the Purchaser that its product will be free from defects in
workmanship and material. No claims for defective material or workmanship
will be allowed unless such claims are made within 45 days from the date of
shipment. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorized and
accompanied by Seller’s Return Merchandise Authority Order. Seller’s
liability for defective workmanship or material is limited to the delivery
free of charge of new products in exchange for products found by Seller to
be defective, on authorized return and inspection by it.
Warranties
The above warranties are in lieu of any other warranties whether expressed,
implied, or statutory. SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THE MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
Shipments
All shipments are made freight prepaid with the shipping charges added to
the invoice. The standard shipping method is UPS ground service. Premium
delivery services are also available at the customer’s request with all
charges added to the invoice.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices listed
within this site are line item specific. Quantities of different products
from within the same or different sales classes may not be combined to
determine price brackets.
Payment
We accept MASTERCARD and VISA. In special circumstances
we do offer open accounts with the prior approval of our Credit Department.
The standard payment term for an open account is NET 30. For information on
